Hello again & Merry Christmas wishes to all of you.  I hope you all had a lovely Christmas day, fingers crossed you weren't affected by the COVID lockdowns that are happening in some parts of Australia. We were fortunate to be able to see Mum on Christmas day then spend the rest of the day with my husband's brother & his family. The food was delicious & we had a great time catching up, eating, drinking & playing silly games. The 'Perpetual trophy'  was retained by us with a clean sweep of the games. Go Team Werribee!!!  The pooches are both family's pets, Buddy is ours & Humphrey is theirs. Neither joins in the games but are Very Important members so they get their mugs on the trophy! With the crazy, manic days leading up to Christmas behind us now I needed to make a quick 10! cards for a card swap I'm participating in. It's usually held every couple of months between the members of my Stampin Up® team. I participated in my first one a c

Hello everyone & thanks for stopping over. Oh my goodness, what a week it's been!  The school year is finished for 6 weeks so I've been super busy making farewell cards for staff who are leaving & was lucky enough to get an order for 5 baby announcement cards. It's also my daughter's birthday so we're going out for brekky to celebrate & I made a card that I hope she'll love as much as I did making it. Here's pics of this weeks work....... We said goodbye to a wonderful boss who's becoming a principal & leaving us! He loves riding & coffee so I went with the coffee theme, using the Love you more than.. stamp set & tried out the new Quite Curvy stamp set & matching Curvy dies. He also HATES glitter & had banned it from our learning space so, of course we always give him glittery things when we can! 🤣 I CASE'd this one from Pinterest - thank you Mamaliefde.nl for the inspiration. The baby announcement cards all ready to

Welcome back to my blog! Everybody seems to be getting right into the spirit of Christmas. It's less than 2 weeks away so everywhere you look there are decorations, carols, parties & dancing. And also frazzled faces! I managed to do most of my tasks last week & tidied the house before putting up the tree & getting the house decorated for Christmas.  I've also been busy making stacks of Christmas cards to sell as well as making cards to order. I've completed some really cute young boy dinosaur cards (or girls if they love dinosaurs), a baby shower card, a farewell card & a new home card. Here's some pics of the finished dinosaur cards.... The paper is retired stock from the Dinoraur paper & look so cute with the detailed greeting. The baby shower card was made combining the envelope dies, the greenery embossing folders & my scoreboard for the diagonal square. The sentiment was made using the Well Written dies. I just loved using the softer pastel

Baby boy onsie card

Hello everyone,  Thanks for visiting my page. This week has been a busy week with work, crafting & getting a little more organised for Christmas. I was lucky enough to catch up with a very good friend for brekky yesterday which we haven't been able to do since February! Soooo good to catch up properly & sit with a coffee. Let's hope COVID continues to be put on hold so we can do more of our 'normal' routines again. My focus for today was making a card for a friend whose friend had had a new baby boy. I've always wanted to try making a 'onsie' easel card so gave it a crack. I CASED the design from "Glitter Fantasies" on Pinterest & used a lovely soft blue card (Seaside Spray) together with stamps from Pampered pets & Ornamental envelopes & used sentiments from Here's a Card & So Sentimental. It was a lot easier to do than I expected, working out the embellishments & placement took the longest! Will definitely add a f
