Welcome to my blog & my first ever post!

 Hi everyone. 

Thanks for stopping by. I've loved creating & crafting for many years now but never had the courage to share much. My kids are moving out of home, only 1 left now, so I thought it's time to explore more of what makes me happy.

I've decided to step outside my comfort zone & create my own blog! I have no idea what I'm doing or how this will end up but I wanted to share some of my creations with other people & this seemed like a good way of doing it. 

Each week I will pop some pics on of what I've been busy with & explain a little bit about why, how or even who inspired me if that's the case.

Mid week blog #142 - DSP accordian fold - Using DSP as a main focus.

My second blog is mid week on a Wednesday where I look at techniques, colour challenges, card sketches, fun folds, tools & equipment & ways to make or improve your projects. That's what this blog is about. Today I am sharing a way to use DSP as a main focus in a card. I have created 2 cards with DSP in an accordian fold. Happier than Happy forest creature creations.

 Hello & welcome to my blog, My name is Alison & I am an independent Stampin' Up® demonstrator in Melbourne, Australia. I love creating cards & gifts for my loved ones & this blog will show you how to create something special for those you love. Today's blog has some really cute papers & images that can be used for baby cards, kid's birthdays or for animal lovers. The DSP is called Happy Forest Friends, the stamp set is Happier than Happy & the matching dies are called Happy Forest dies. They all co-ordinate beautifully & make quick & easy cards or more intricate creations. This week I have 2 cards for you, one for a new baby & a celebration card. I hope you like them. The first card I created to welcome a new baby. It's a simple design but the papers & die cuts make it so easy to make.
