Disruption to my regular blog

Hi everyone,

Thank you for visiting but unfortunately there won't be a blog from me today. Even though my Mum made it through hip surgery & returned to her nursing home she has unfortunately deteriorated & the staff are not expecting her to be with us for very much longer. As such, though I intended to finish off the planned cards for this blog, my focus has been on spending time with Mum. 

I feel that the next few weeks will be busy & difficult so I'm taking a little bit of time off from posting but will be back in a few weeks when things are better.

Hello everyone,  My name is Alison & I live in beautiful Melbourne, Australia. I have been blogging since 2020 but last year was a really tough year for our family. Sadly we lost both my Mum & sister within a month of each other. On top of other illnesses & a car accident involving my daughter plus the duties of being executor of my sister's estate I decided that I needed a break in late August. Pretty Artistic flowers

 Hello & welcome to my blog, My name is Alison & I am an independent Stampin' Up® demonstrator in Melbourne, Australia.  I love creating cards & gifts for my loved ones & this blog will show you how to create something special for those you love. My apologies to those who read by blogs regularly, I had previously said that I would be featuring Natures Prints but when I looked for the stamp set I realised that I had in fact bought the DSP when it was available but not the stamp set!! Hello to the cute Ladybug!

 Hello & welcome to my blog, If this is your first visit, I hope you enjoy it & come back again. If you are returning, welcome back & thank you! I hope you all got to spend some time with loved ones for Christmas. I had Christmas lunch at my house with my Mum (93 not out!), my family & my husband's family plus my niece. Crazy busy during the week finishing getting ready for the big day & crazy at times on the day but so worth it as we don't get many opportunities during the year to all be together. The busy week meant that I've only got 2 cards to show you today, but they're super cute. 😁 For my last regular blog for 2021 I am showcasing one of the new stamps & punches from the Jan - June 2022 Mini Catalogue. Mid week blog #142 - DSP accordian fold - Using DSP as a main focus.

That's what this blog is about. Today I am sharing a way to use DSP as a main focus in a card. I have created 2 cards with DSP in an accordian fold. Mid Week blog #86 - CASE the catalogue - Circle Sayings

That's what this blog is about.  Today's blog features two cards made using the new Circle Sayings stamp set with it's co-ordinating 2 3/8" (6cm) punch. They are based on cards from the annual catalogue (pg17) & as with most CASE'd cards are similar to the original but slightly different.
