Hello & welcome to my blog,
My name is Alison & I live in beautiful Melbourne, Australia. For those of you who have previously visited my blog & are now returning, thank you. For those of you who are here for the first time, welcome!
Here's a little bit about me. I love creating cards & gifts for my loved ones & this blog will show you how to create something special for those you love. I blog twice a week, once on a Sunday where I mainly showcase a stamp set or dies, embossing folders, projects & sometimes special DSP and Wednesday evenings when I highlight a technique, fun folds or tools & tips. I would love to hear from you if you have any questions or suggestions & my email address for that is crafedbyalison@gmail.com.
I hope you enjoy this week's blog which features a really cute stand alone stamp set called Supremely Awesome. Stand alone means that there is no punch or die set that co-ordinates with it. That's not a problem though as the stamps can create beautiful & fun cards stamping directly onto mattes or a card base or the images can be fussy cut if you want a 3D element.
I created a funfold card with a matching mini pizza box this week. I intend to gift some mini pizza lollies inside the box for one of my work colleagues. I hope you love this quirky little set as much as I love creating it.
How cute is this guy???
The base is Real Red, cut to 21cm x 14.8cm then scored at 10.5cm & 15.75cm to create the fold back fun fold. The DSP on the front panel is from the Zoo Crew pack.
The Pappa Pizza image was stamped then fussy cut & raised on dimensionals. I used a combination of reds, peaches & green Stampin' Blends® for the pizza & Smokey Slate for the tray. The black & white check at the bottom is one of the stamps also. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red on Basic White, fussy cut then adhered to Real Red & fussy cut again.
I used Crumb Cake to create a mini pizza box, stamping the check pattern in Real Red before adhering the box. The top mattes are Real Red then Basic White with Black stamped pizza slices. The coloured pizza slices were coloured using the same colours as the card. The sentiment is stamped in Real Red then die cut using one of the All That dies. I attached the pizza slices around the sentiment then raised it on dimensionals. I think it's a really cute little set to give, especially with some mini pizza lollies inside!

This kit comes with everything you need, ready to go, without any stamping required so it's a quick & easy one. A lot of demonstrators use the special Host Code for their customers but I'm trying it this year as a new idea to see if this is what you, my customers would like to use. If you
shop with me then don't forget to use this week's host code
B92V76BM. This will allow me to pass on any hostess benefits to customers when the sales reach the required qualifying amount.Lastly, there have been lots of new items added to the clearance rack so make sure you check them out using the link in my store.
If you would like to purchase any of my creations that I feature in my blogs they can be found in my FaceBook shop at craftedbyalison or you can order something unique.

My next blog is on Wednesday and I will show you a card layout called Patchwork border which uses DSP as the main focus of the card.
In next week's Sunday blog I will feature a new stamp set from the Annual catalogue called Earthen Textures & comes in a bundle or suite & it's just beautiful. It's a lovely design that can be used for male or female creations & has beautiful earthy, natural colours as part of the suite. I can't wait to show you what I've been creating with it! This stamp is also used in my mid week blog on Wednesday so you get a little sneak peak of the suite. I hope you can join me for both of those.
Well, that's it for another week. I hope you enjoyed this post & come back for more next week. Til next time, take care & keep creating! XX Alison.
