Mid week blog #142 - DSP accordian fold - Using DSP as a main focus.

 Hello & welcome to my blog, My name is Alison & I am an independent Stampin' Up® demonstrator in Melbourne, Australia.  I love creating cards & gifts for my loved ones & this blog will show you how to create something special for those you love. I blog twice a week, once on a Sunday where I mainly showcase a stamp set or dies & sometimes special DSP. My second blog is mid week on a Wednesday where I look at techniques, colour challenges, card sketches, fun folds, tools & equipment & ways to make or improve your projects. That's what this blog is about. Today I am sharing a way to use DSP as a main focus in a card. I have created 2 cards with DSP in an accordian fold. If you have an abundance of DSP (like me!) & want a good way of using it up, this is the fold for you!  These two cards have a standard sized base but it's only a single piece rather than a double piece scored in half. That's what this blog is about. With Christmas drawing ever nearer, this week I am sharing some hand made gift tags with you. They are super easy to make as it all depends on what you have on hand in your stash!  To create all of these tags I used Basic White & Old Olive cardstock for the bases of the tags.  I added 2022-23 In Colour Shimmer paper in Evening Evergreen & Soft Succulent, Three Colour Glimmer paper in Pretty Pe

That's what this blog is about. If you've visited my blog before, one of the things that you may know about me is that I love to create with Stampin' Up® kits. Last week I shared with you 4 cards that I had made using an advent calendar kit, Rustic Christmas, & today I will share more creations made with the kit.  These cards were made with supplies I had on hand in addition to some of the remainder of the kit supplies.
