Midweek blog #159 - Ode to our darling Buddy

 Hello everyone, 

Thank you for stopping by my blog. Usually I have a post mid week about techniques, tips or tools to help you learn more about creating cards & 3D projects. This week's post was meant to be about a card technique but I'm sorry that there will be no post.

Our family has been blessed with the most amazing soul who has brought love, happiness, laughter, kindness & support in the guise of our family dog - Buddy. He has graced our world for 17 years & brought happiness to everyone who has known him. 

Over the last few years Buddy has gotten old & with that comes aged health concerns. We have nurtured & nursed him as best we can but these last few months his health has declined to a point where we can no longer bear to see his struggles. We have had to make the agonising decision to say goodbye to him to allow him to have some peace. Today we said goodbye.

Since our family made that decision we have chosen to spend as much time as we can with him until he leaves us. Therefore I have not spent time on planned projects for this weeks post.

I'm sorry to not be able to fulfil my scheduled items but I'm sure that most of you have had a beloved pet or loved one that you needed to spend precious time with.

I hope to be back with my Sunday post but I will be taking each day, one at a time.
